Coupons for Causes LA is an organization that uses coupons to buy items to donate to Upward Bound House, a local charity. Upward Bound House assists homeless families with minor children by providing housing and support services along with food and personal supplies. Using coupons and sales we are able to save over 90% off retail on a variety of products, which means UBH gets more products to help families in need. The more coupons we have the more deals we can get, so please consider donating your Sunday paper coupons. Week 9 Summary

Here is the haul from week 9.  I am super excited to have so much baby formula to donate, and even more excited that I didn't pay a penny for any of it!  The totals for the week are:

WEEK 9 RETAIL: $283.65 (a new record!!)
WEEK 9 AFTER TAX: $2.17 - after the big overage from the Similac purchase!  But even better, this will come out of Lamoine's cash donation, so for CFCLA the total spent this week is $0.

TOTAL RETAIL: $1,545.74
TOTAL BEFORE TAX: $68.02
TOTAL AFTER TAX: $121.19

The total after tax has actually gone down this week, thanks to not having any actual out of pocket (with Lamoine's donation) plus the moneymaker on Similac.  How great is that?

So thankful to everyone who has donated coupons and products to help Upward Bound House! Wendy's formula donation, Tracie and Meira's coupons, and of course Lamoine.  I have already started Week 10 shopping, and it is looking good!
