Coupons for Causes LA is an organization that uses coupons to buy items to donate to Upward Bound House, a local charity. Upward Bound House assists homeless families with minor children by providing housing and support services along with food and personal supplies. Update - Learning to Give

I have been busy working through the details of the Learning to Give program, and testing it out at my son's school.  So far, we have had a lot of success with the donations, which are themed each month.  Our first drive was for school supplies, and last month we did baby items.  This month we are collecting kids' party supplies.  It is nice to have different themes, and we always try to pick themes that allow people to donate inexpensive or used items so there is not a lot of pressure to spend money.

I am hoping to market the idea to other schools in the LA area next month.  If you think your school might be interested let me know!
